Targeted Drug Delivery

Prior clinical use of anti-TAG-72 antibodies has demonstrated excellent specificity for multiple adenocarcinomas (i.e., colorectal, gastric, pancreatic, esophageal, ovarian, endometrial, breast, prostate, and lung). The high specificity of our antibodies to adenocarcinomas, coupled with the history of their successful use in human clinical trials, makes them attractive candidates for targeted drug delivery of various cancer therapeutics.
