About Enlyton

Management

Enlyton strengths and relationships: extensive involvement in oncology, specifically in tumor imaging, intraoperative cancer detection and Phase I-III clinical trial experience; tumor target development and associated pharmacokinetics; the design and development of detection methods and associated instrumentation; corporate partnering and commercialization.

Jeffrey R. Bergen, CEO Most recently, as CEO of BioCrystal, Ltd. Bergen led a team that generated 40 patents in three technology areas – fluorescence-based reagents, cell and molecular biology, and cancer immunotherapy. The reagent business was sold to Invitrogen Corp. (2005); the cell culture business to Thermo Fisher (2007); portions of BioCrystal’s cancer IP are under license to Enlyton.

Edward W. Martin Jr., MD, CSO Professor of Surgery, OSU; more than 30 years experience in cancer research, abdominal surgery and clinical medicine; 200 publications. Dr. Martin holds or is mentioned on multiple patents in the area of surgical methods. Dr. Martin will coordinate resources involved in molecular tracer development and the associated Phase I clinical trial in the OSU College of Medicine.

Duxin Sun, PhD, Manager of Target Development Associate Professor of Pharmaceutics, College of Pharmacy, University of Michigan. Dr. Sun has considerable experience in tumor targeting, cancer drug discovery and development, and pharmacokinetics. Dr. Sun will oversee use of the proposed PET Tracer in animal model experiments, and the conduct of associated immunogenicity and pharmacokinetics assays.

Mark W. Arnold, MD, CMO Professor of Surgery, OSU; has organized and participated in multiple clinical trials. Dr. Arnold is a colorectal cancer surgeon and a collaborator with Dr. Martin; an inventor of a radiation-based laparoscopic method for determining cancer treatment modality. Dr. Arnold will oversee protocol and documentation development for IND submission and Phase I clinical trials.

Ted Martin, MBA, COO Mr. Martin has experience in biotechnology consulting and strategic business development. Martin is involved with business operations, and participates in strategic technology and business development activities of the company.

Vish V. Subramaniam, PhD, Director of Engineering Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering and Chemical Physics Program, OSU. Dr. Subramaniam will coordinate development of markers for imaging and detection, and serve as scientific advisor on cancer detection techniques and measurement systems in general. He is also developing new methods for intraoperative detection and localized imaging of cancer.

Nathan Hall, MD, PhD, Consultant, Imaging Science Assistant Professor and Division Chief of Nuclear Medicine, Department of Radiology at OSU. Dr. Hall will develop pre-clinical and clinical imaging protocols for validation of the effectiveness for use of the PET Tracer deliverable in PET/CT procedures. He is currently exploring new uses of molecular imaging to guide and follow response to therapy in oncology.

Cathy Mojzisik, RN, MS, Clinical Trial Coordinator Research Specialist, OSU; 30 years experience in clinical oncology research including single and multiple institution clinical trials involving radiolabeled monoclonal antibodies and peptides; 33 publications. Mrs. Mojzisik will coordinate Phase 1 clinical trials.

George Hinkle, MS, R.Ph, Imaging/Labeling Protocol Consultant Associate Professor College of Pharmacy and Director of Nuclear Pharmacy Services, OSU; with broad experience in nuclear medicine, Mr. Hinkle is coordinating the construction and use of radioisotope-labeled antibodies for experimental animal studies in association with MicroPET/CT, and will be similarly involved in Enlyton initial human clinical imaging trials using PET/CT.
